GIVEAWAY - $50 GC Minted - Art, Stationary, Invitations and More! (CLOSED)

Minted is an online store that consists of a global community of independent graphic designers that offer the best of their designs in the form of paper goods.  Their goal is to use technology to allow the work of great designers from all over the world to be discovered by the community and to create a place where designers can get exposure and build their careers.  Minted holds monthly design challenges for all graphic designers to enter and the Minted community selects the best designs.  Winning designers earn cash prizes, a place in the Minted collection, and commissions on all sales of their designs.  Minted believes in using fine paper stock, rich inks, and crisp printing methods.

"Our purpose in life is to uncover exceptional design from all over the world and bring this to savvy consumers who won't accept anything else."

One of my favorites from the Minted collection is the Stache + Kiss Thank You Cards.  The 4.25" x 5.5" flat-printed, folded card is available in 3 colors - Creme, Tuxedo and Pure White.  Both lines on the card may be personalized to whatever you would like it to say and a free digital proof is offered per item ordered.  The thank you cards are printed on Minted's exclusive Signature Cover paper and come with blank white envelopes.  Penelope Poppy from Pittsburgh, PA is the designer behind this fun and quirky thank you card.

Minted also has quite a few holiday cards selection for the upcoming holiday season (http://www.minted.com/holiday-photo-cards).  It's never too early to start personalizing your Christmas cards.

I appreciate being a part of the Minted community that offers unique art and paper goods created by Indie designers (HSUper Parents-Approved)!

BUY IT!  Minted's Stache + Kiss Thank You Cards may be purchased on their site for a minimum of 25 cards for $76.00.

WIN IT!  Minted has generously offered a $50 gift certificate to their store to a lucky HSUper Parents reader!

Exederm - Ultra Sensitive Skin Care (Now Available at Walgreens) Review

Exederm offers ultra sensitive skincare products for adults, children, and babies who suffer from eczema, dermatitis, and sensitive skin.  Their philosophy is to avoid irritants that trigger eczema - always use the mildest ingredients possible.  Exederm baby and children's skincare line has been honored with a 'Seal of Acceptance' from the National Eczema Association.  All of their products have been specially formulated to avoid harsh chemicals, unnecessary additives and unproven herbal ingredients that may irritate sensitive skin.

~ No Parabens
~ No Lanolin

Unfortunately, Baby Hsu still suffers from eczema!  We were first introduced to Exederm when Baby Hsu was about 8 months old (may read previous post here).  Exederm has a new packaging with a 'Seal of Acceptance' from the National Eczema Association on the label.  And, their products are now available for purchase online at Walgreens.com. The Baby Eczema Cream (intensive baby moisturizer) works pretty well on Baby Hsu.  I religiously slather the moisturizer on him about 3 times a day or more and I notice that he tends to scratch less.  I have tried other lotions and he just scratches like a mad baby. The cream is light and non-greasy and is ideal for children of all ages.  The ingredients in the Baby Eczema Cream include water, petrolatum, glyceryl stearate, stearic acid, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerin, ceteareth-20, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, sodium benzoate, and palmitic acid.  The Baby Eczema Lotion (hydrating baby lotion) is the same as the Baby Eczema Cream, which contains the same ingredients.  The only difference is that the cream is in a jar where you have to scoop out the cream and the lotion comes in a bottle where you can squeeze the lotion out.  There's also a slight difference in the texture, but very similar.  The Baby Eczema Wash (cleansing baby bath) gently cleanses delicate skin and is ideal for children of all ages.  The ingredients in the wash include water, decal glucoside, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, disodium coco-glucoside sulfosuccinate, glycerin, xanthan gum, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, tetrasodium EDTA, and citric acid.  Exederm does not cure Baby Hsu's eczema, but it does help soothe his itchy skin.

After using Exerderm products, I am relieved to see Baby Hsu scratch less which means less bloody scabs (HSUper Parents-Approved)!

BUY IT!  The Baby Eczema Cream may be purchased for $14.99, Baby Eczema Lotion for $14.99, and Baby Eczema Wash for $12.99 on Exederm's website.  Currently, you can save 20% when you buy any 3 (use promo code save20) and free shipping is offered on orders over $50 (US and Canada only).  Their products are also available on Walgreens online, Amazon.com, Target online, Drugstores.com, and other retailers (locate retailer).
