2011 Holiday Gift Guide - Kidorable Dragon Knight Collection Rainwear Review

Kidorable, conceived in 1997 from the minds and hearts of Liping and Jonathan Domsky, offers functional and fun children apparel and accessories.  Known especially for their rainwear, Kidorable delights in transforming everyday wear into products that excites the imagination of the children.  Their product line includes backpacks, bookends, hanger sets, knit gloves, knit hats, knit scarves, rain coats, rain boots, towels, and umbrellas.  A variety of styles offered are Ballerina, Butterfly, Dinosaur, Dragon Knight, Fairy, Fireman, Frog, Ladybug, Lotus, Lucky Cat, Mermaid, Pirate, Space Hero, and The English Roses Collection by  Madonna.  Kidorable also carries a My First Collection for babies.

Kidorable has launched another exciting new collection - Dragon Knight!  While the girls can play princesses, the boys may let their imaginations run wild as brave knights.  The theme colors for the collection are steel grey and dark green - very masculine.  The Dragon Knight Rain Coat is made from a new material, PU (polyurethane), which is softer and lighter than PVC.  A valiant knight is seen on the bottom right corner fighting a dragon on the bottom left corner of the rain coat.  The matching helmet on the hood completes the knight's armor.  Like all of Kidorable's rain coats, it comes with a matching hanger.  The rain coat is available in sizes My First (1T, 12-18 months), 2T, 3T, 4T, 4/5, 5/6, and 6/6X.  The Dragon Knight Rain Boots, made from natural rubber, are steel grey with textures that look like a castle's wall.  When the boots are placed together, it paints a picture of a knight galloping on his horse to fight off a fire-blowing dragon.  The rain boots are available in sizes My First (size 5), children's sizes 6-13, and even adult sizes 1 and 2.  The Dragon Knight Umbrella, made of 100% nylon, is animated with the face of a dragon blowing out fire and with protruding horns and wings on top of the umbrella.  A castle motif runs around the bottom of the umbrella.  The sword handle is pretty creative where the umbrella can actually act as a sword when closed.

Kidorable's Dragon Knight Collection makes an entertaining Christmas gift for kids (HSUper Parents-Approved)!
